There’s a very small percentage of individuals who can eat absolutely anything they want and never gain weight.
Most of us are not in that wondrous category of humans.
Excluding those rare individuals who don’t get fat no matter what they eat- If we look closely, here’s what we learn from people who have a right size body (i.e. not overweight):
- They watch what they eat
- They rarely eat seconds
- They eat right size portions
Exercise plays a role- but a far smaller role than we think.
What makes us fat is what we eat and how much we consume on a daily basis.
Pay attention to those two things and you’ll begin to shed those unwanted kilos.
